Disclaimer: Visibility indicator plots the network status to block IP Chilean entered. Visibility indicator shows the changes of visibility in time for that block of IP addresses. It is normal visibility and advertising numbers are not 100% for large blocks, what matters is that the day of the earthquake should be equal to the previous days.
